This is not a government office. This site cannot confirm a warrant, recall an order, accept payment, post bond, schedule a surrender, or give legal advice. Use the official contacts below.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office by the case type. The court decides whether a warrant exists and what action can address it. The sheriff confirms whether it holds the order for service and how a surrender or bond question should be routed.

Public Records Requests
Nebraska Rev. Stat. §§ 84-712 through 84-712.09 govern public-record access. A written request should identify the Banner case or warrant record by case number, party name, date range, and record type. Ask the county or court contact where the formal request belongs; an email inquiry is not automatically a completed warrant search.
Under § 84-712, the custodian should respond without delay and no later than four business days, with access, a denial, or an explanation and earliest practicable date for an extensive request. Actual copy costs may apply.
